Job Description
- Ensure customers' delivery fulfilment
- Planning and coordinating of delivery activities
- Coordinating between Delivery/Customer Service/Technical Service/Warehouse
- Preparation of delivery documents for drivers
- Assist the supervisor in all delivery issues
- Handling of cash collection from delivery Sales Order balance payment
- General delivery and office administration
Job Requirements
- Minimum "O" Level and above
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantagous (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/partners)
