Job Description :
- Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
- Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, clients, and facade consultants
- Review, coordination, and management of interfaces with other trades
- Facade design and installation management
- Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with the requirements of the authorities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and sub-con on technical matters
- Ensure all submission of detailed drawings, materials, and mock-ups for early approval
- Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
- Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Review and revise the current revision status
- Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
- Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo, and shop drawings submission and submittal review comments from consultants
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Able to commit 6 working days
- Minimum 3 years of Facade experience in Singapore's Main Contractor firm
- Preferable Experience in high-rise facade
