Responsibilities:
- Manage client IT equipment and provide helpdesk support.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support IT systems.
- Provide on-site support and assist with IT projects.
- Proficiency in cyber security and networking.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT engineering experience.
- LAN/WAN and server administration skills preferred.
- Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSE certifications preferred.
- Strong technical skills and audit understanding.
Technical Skills:
- Networking, email troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OS.
- Hands-on experience with various IT equipment.
- Experience with cloud solutions and remote access tools.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
