- My client, a renowned US MNC in the Oil & Gas industry hiring Customer Care Specialist to manage the end to end order management
- Monday - Friday/8.30am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
- Location: West - Pioneer
- Salary: Up $4K
- 12 months contract
The Talent
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in any field
- Min 2 years of experience in order processing / fulfilment role
- Hands experience in ERP system such as SAP
- MS Office and Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot table)
- Good communication, and able to work in fast paced environment
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order management duties in SAP
- responsible for assigned customer account on order fulfilment, not limited to creating order confirmation, invoices, review and monitor customer order backlog via the SAP system-4PL, etc.
- Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
- Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve customer issues timely.
- Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
- Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract and any other supporting documents.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned
