The Talent:
- Minimum O Levels graduate
- At least 1 year of inbound call centre experience, ideally handling government projects
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (including weekends and PHs)
Job Description
- Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hot-lines or other channels such as email and webchat
- Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation and notification to follow up of all incidents
- Reach out to clients who leave callbacks
- Handle emails as assigned by team leader
