Working Hours: 7.30am - 5.15pm (Monday to Friday)
Locations: Maju and Nee soon
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Helping out with administrative work
• Handle email, time card, weekly safety toolbox, filing, attendance monitoring and personal data documentation
• Preparation & monitoring of production chart
• Manage keys (issue keys / returning keys / making sure information in the logbook is all correct), updating of logbook, filing/signing of log book, first aid monitoring
• Ad-hoc Duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work independently with min supervision
• Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
• A good team-player
