→LTA A&A Experience (Must)
→Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction
→Handle technical and engineering problems
→Plan and execute work schedule based on contract schedule
→Coordinate and control construction works on site
→Evaluate subcontractors’ risk assessment, safe work procedures and method statements
→Review subcontractors/supplier performance after completion works
→Well-versed in Construction Method Statements
→Manage Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC, and Architecture work
→Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals before construction work starts
→Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
→Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
→Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment are adhered to
→Ensure progress of work is within budget & timelines as well as quality & safety objectives
→Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and LTA regulatory requirements
→Good leadership skills
→Good communication and interpersonal skills
→Great team player
