Job Description:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. We have our eye out for a candidate with passion for sales, an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
A top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Objectives of this Role:
Drives business growth
- Responsible for managing new and existing product sales portfolio.
- Sales target planning covers aspects such as Technical & Financial feasibility, commercial plans support, and operational stability.
- Understands state of the business and leverages knowledge to drive down project time/costs. Anticipates obstacles affecting other business functions.

- Possesses curious and open mindset with thirst for learning and new knowledge, provide innovative, timely, and cost-effective improvements, sales concepts with respect to new or existing products/projects.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Sales target planning covers aspects such as Technical & Financial feasibility, commercial plans support, and operational stability.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Project management of new/existing sales portfolios.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Negotiate/close deals and handling of customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, quotes and proposals on products and services.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales portfolio.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, expenses and financial data and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Participate in events, exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets..
- Previous corporate and retail sales experience would be a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Skilled in drafting sales pitch and competitor analysis.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
