Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the running of day-to day operations of various job sites.
- To be able to plan resources and run the projects within project budget
- To ensure cleaning processes are carried out smoothly to meet quality standard.
- To monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment are available in working condition at all times.
- To guide site supervisors on periodic work planning and schedules for the jobsites.
Requirements:
- Prefer with Diploma qualification and some experience in service/operation industry
- Physically fit and healthy
- Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients and follow up with client’s feedback
- Ability to recruit cleaning staff / crew
- Able to handle report submission/ presentations
- Class 3 driving licence
- Computer literate
