Job Description & Requirements
  • Work progress schedule arrangement, tracking & follow-up.
  • Prepare invoices for Clients.
  • Key-in purchase order to computer.
  • Manage & prepare hardware stock & store.
  • Liaise with the factory & installer for a materials purchase order.
  • Manage worker welfare & safety.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ā€˜Nā€™ Level/ITE/O'Level
  • Min. 2 years of Admin experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers.
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • 5.5 working days
  • Only Singaporeans/PR/Malaysians may apply
