Job Description:
- Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlight to reporting manager proactively
- Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers and statutory authorities when necessary
- Respond to emergency calls on critical services and being on standby during off-duty hours, including going onsite for emergency matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing and M&E systems
- Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools to carry out works such as painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.
- Possess basic computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in shift
