Responsibilities :
- Perform and maintain full sets of accounts
- Timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
- Submit GST & CPF e-submission contribution
- Preparing payroll, update and maintenance of employee file (Hire, resignation)
- Submission such as tax clearance, annual tax filing, NS claims, maternity claims
- Waiver of foreign workers levy from MOM & Apply or cancel the work pass
- Preparation of monthly & year-end schedules for auditor. Liaise with the auditor and related professionals during the financial year
- Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by manager. Handle day-to-day adminsitrative work
Requirements :
- 2 years relevant experience is required for this role.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- 5.5 days work week
