Roles & Responsibilities
- Head of Safety Department
- Manage a team of WSH Coorinators
- To formulate ATS safety standards and processes handbook
- To implement and enforce safety standards and procedures
- To train, organize and manage a team of safety personnel
- To train and guide all site personnel on safety precautions and procedures
- To prepare Risk Assessment and other safety documents for all projects
- To conduct and enforce Risk assessment for site practice
- To carry out work hazard analysis for all projects
- To resolve safety issues and carry out corrective actions
- To propose safety training programs
- To perform incident investigation and report
- To inform HQ HR department of any incident and assist with coordinating with Insurance on any claim
- To support project team and work with SPM/PM/SM to effectively safeguard the safety and health of all workers on site without compromising work progress and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Have class 2/2A/3/3A License.
- Valid MOM registered Number.
- At least 3-5 of relevant experiences in a construction environment
