- Position : Admin Assistant (Simple HR Duties) – Up to $3200
- Location : North East – Macpherson/Paya Lebar
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + Attractive Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Process payments invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage work permit applications for workers. (will teach)
- Prepare salary and staff medical documentation.
- Assist with office admin tasks.
- Support new staff onboarding.
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
