About Our Client
Our client is a leading firm, looking to on-board a Threat Intelligence Analyst. This is a significant role within the organization, taking the lead in threat hunting and in delivery of cybersecurity investigations for customers.
Job Description
As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, your responsibilities include:
- Engaging in threat detection throughout clients' networks using indicators of compromise, actively searching for signs of a security breach
- Managing incident response across various platforms
- Recognizing attacker tools, strategies, and procedures to establish indicators of compromise and designing operational use cases to adopt cyber threat intelligence in their operations
- Detecting and examining intrusions to ascertain the cause and extent of a breach, utilizing EDR solutions and threat intelligence resources
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you will have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- At least 2 years of working in a threat intelligence/DFIR role with experience in CTI platforms and MITRE framework
- Good knowledge of Linux OS and virtualization
- Experience in Python is highly preferred
