Position: EHS / Process Safety Engineer

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an EHS / Process Safety Engineer to support projects on-site with a client.
In summary, you will be involved in activities such as process safety analyses, reviews, corrective and preventative solutions, as well as ensuring compliance according to the industry's standards and regulations. Your expertise will lend a hand in tactical problem-solving, effective communication, and creating a progressive growth culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal QRA and safety case work processes.
- Coordinate and conduct safety case reports for process units.
- Conduct and develop process safety trainings for frontline technicians/supervisors and site verifications.
- Command Comprehensive Risk Assessment Programs, such as Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), and/or Safety Relief Reviews (SRR) and generate recommendations for safety system upgrades.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve safety measures, risk analysis and regulatory compliance within the plant facility.
- Identify and collect process safety metrics, develop and sustain site dashboard for key program, monitors EHS improvement of assigned processes.
- Complete and reviews process safety incident investigation and EHSS assessment screening for management of change.
- Conduct planned site audit/inspection/Gemba, to ensure that site comply with applicable Process Safety requirements and corporate policies, utilize best-industrial practices and best available techniques to identify and manage risk, and conform to company directives and standards
Requirements:
- Degree related to Science or Engineering.
- Good knowledge and experience in GMP facilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, and biopharmaceutical industries.
