Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Lead in the evaluation of new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for new capabilities with data and users at the forefront.
- Leading a cross-functional working group of engineers, data engineers, designers and operations experts to ensure alignment, execution and launches.
- Evaluating new product opportunities and bringing forward proposals for new capabilities with data and users at the forefront.
- Maintaining product backlog and the product roadmap. Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact.
- Anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints.
- Presenting product roadmap and status to the business on an ongoing basis.
- Developing short term plans aligned with long term goals to iteratively build product capabilities
- Manage user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements documentation (PRD) using JIRA, Trello and Confluence
- Elicit and document business or user requirements and translate them into user stories for development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, such as project plans, risk and issue logs.
- Oversee task planning, sprint planning and backlog management.
- Ensure risk and security standards are aligned.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of product management experience
- Has experience working in a start-up as a Product Manager
- Technical background in Computer Science or a related area
- Experience developing self-serve and scalable products.
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity, and high stakes trade off
- Decisions
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner.
