About Our Client
Our client is a well-established service provider within the financial industry, looking to on-board a Cyber Security Engineer (Digital Forensics) to their highly skilled team.
Job Description
As a Cyber Engineer, your responsibilities include:
- Investigating cybersecurity incidents that may involve digital forensic analysis, malware analysis and log analysis
- Able to provide strong technical guidance on investigation and threat assessments
- Carrying out forensic investigations, both within and outside the organization
- Conducting forensic examinations on electronic gadgets, such as laptops, desktop computers, servers, and mobile devices; safeguarding and scrutinizing data acquired from these examinations.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field with excellent communication skills. You will have at least 2 years of Digital Forensic working experience. You will have good working knowledge of current cyber threat actors, cyber-crimes and fraudulent activities targeting various industries Knowledge of industry-recognized analysis frameworks (Kill Chain, STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK framework). You will have relevant certifications such as GCFA, GCIH or OSCP.
