Summary:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Basic $2,500 - $2,800
- Bonus given, based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Maintain company ledgers and process daily financial transactions.
- Generate financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details for external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account, liaising with the bank as necessary.
- Prepare daily reports for management and team members, providing insights into financial activities.
- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounts or equivalent
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, preferably MYOB.
- Min. 2 - 3 years of working experience in Accounts (full-set)
