Summary:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Basic $2,500 - $2,800
  • Bonus given, based on performance
  • Location - Kallang (10 mins walk from Bendemeer MRT)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company ledgers and process daily financial transactions.
  • Generate financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details for external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account, liaising with the bank as necessary.
  • Prepare daily reports for management and team members, providing insights into financial activities.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounts or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, preferably MYOB.
  • Min. 2 - 3 years of working experience in Accounts (full-set)
