Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and gather requirements for retail and supply chain projects.
- Utilize Anaplan to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that address complex business challenges and drive process improvements.
- Analyze data and perform thorough business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging Anaplan's capabilities effectively.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Anaplan solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail and supply chain management, continuously enhancing expertise and contributing to innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven record in the retail or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is essential, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing models, dashboards, and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
