· 3 years of experience in designing landed properties/houses in Singapore. Strong in Architecture, concepts & space
planning
· Knowledge of URA guidelines
· Knowledge of Interior and Landscape design will be a advantage
· Knowledge in design development set of detail drawings
· Knowledge in selection of colours & materials
· Able to produce entire set of tender drawings
· Knowledge in AutoCad/ MicroGds & drafting
· Design Conceptualization & Space Management
· Knowledge in Photoshop and 3D studio Max
· Adaptable to Microsoft environment & proficient in Spreadsheet, Words & Powerpoint
· Site coordination and supervisory skills will be an added advantage
