Things to meet:
- To fulfill 100% attendance daily
- Roster to be done and sent out weekly/month
- Make sure to get any documents for their blocked dates, to get MC from those who are sick.
- To plan the roster accordingly
- To get cover/replacement when a candidate reports sick (even if last min) like if they are already at work but then something comes up, will also need to provide standby coverage. Cannot just leave slots blank
- To check on them in the morning if they are on the way
- Always report in to main gc for any coverage happening as TL's need to plan their schedule as well.
- To do up mid month and end month roster online
-Look for candidates for the project if needed
