Our client is one of the leading Japanese construction companies. They are actively looking for Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Construction materials procurement and cost estimation
- Preparation and certification of subcontractors' progress claims
- Survey the quantity of the materials
The Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Experience in MRT projects contracts administration would be advantageous
