Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to spearhead our business marketing and sales activities, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company’s branding and marketing competitive and innovative. You will work with the Managing Director and assist in responsibilities including discovering and pursuing new marketing and sales initiatives, following up with sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You should also remain up-to-date with shifts in social media use. If you have excellent marketing and communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through marketing campaigns and digital resources, we’d like to meet you. We have our eye out for a candidate with passion for marketing and sales, an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing executive will conceptualize ways in which marketing activities can be harnessed to expand our own company's footprint.

- Responsible for managing new and existing product sales and marketing portfolio through digital platforms.
- Sales target planning covers aspects such as Technical & Financial feasibility, commercial plans support, and operational stability.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creative conceptualization and design of materials according to brand concept.
- Responsible for creating and overseeing marketing timeline including monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans/campaigns for all our products (e.g. marketing workflow, influencer seeding, giveaways, collaborations, competitions etc.)
- Assist to review marketing banners, brochures, posters, and advertising materials as needed.
- Setting sales goals and developing digital sales and marketing strategies. Sales and Marketing target planning covers aspects such as Technical & Financial feasibility, commercial plans support, and operational stability.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Generate engaging marketing content, copywriting, and media plans/ideas.
- Content creation for social media platforms and social outreach channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Responsible for searching for collaborations with online platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram etc., for digital marketing purposes.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events (e.g. Tiktok marketing production, live sales streaming events, pop-up booths etc.)
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Source for pop-up booths/events to attend, and manage the pop-up booths/events for sales growth and brand marketing.
- Source for Live streaming channels for sales, and handle the live streaming from start to aftersales process.
- Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed, providing direction and clarification, as needed.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and marketing financial data and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Maintain and update all social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and reviews on social media and clients’ accounts professionally.
- Influencer seeding and collaborations.
- Assist to review Company’s websites and content as needed.
- Actively seek out new sales & marketing opportunities through cold calling, networking and social/digital media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/Singaporean PR.
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or relevant role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous sales and marketing experience in biomedical/pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
