Requirement:
- With experience in residential projects (HDB)
Job Scope:
- To draw/design using Revit and AutoCAD software
- To design a pipe network system, mechanical layout and installation details
- To prepare detailed support required in the installation
- To apply authorities code and guidelines in design
- To analyze/understand Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical drawings
- To produce tender drawings, bill of quantities and other documents during tender
- To produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and all required submissions
- To attend coordination meetings with Consultants and Main Contractors
- To work independently with less supervision
