· Adaptable to Microsoft environment & proficient in Spreadsheet, Words & Powerpoint
· Site coordination and supervisory skills will be an added advantage·
· Experience in designing private apartments, landed properties/houses in Singapore. Strong in Interior concepts,
space
· planning and details drawings
· Knowledge of Auto-Cad / Sketch-up & Photoshop
· Knowledge in selection of colours & materials
· Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity and initiative
· A good team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
