Working location: Woodlands
- Take charge of Contracts Management of the various types of projects for our client not limiting to drafting of tender documents, tender evaluation and providing recommendations to clients.
- Review and implement contract administration procedures and policies.
- Verify and certify claims submitted by contractors.
- Produce quantity measurements, bills of quantities, cost estimates and sourcing for quotations when required.
- Support to the bidding team to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids.
- Expected to submit regular management reports on the progress of projects vis-a-vis timelines and targets to your supervisor as well to the client.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Candidates with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional membership will be at an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred.
