Job Scope:
Pre tender
Understanding of customer requirements/specifications and devise appropriate inspection and audit for on-site installation criteria with Project team
Project In progress
- Handle Customer complaints with Project Engineer to understand reported complaint and provide corrective actions.
After sales
- Address Post Project Service maintenance issue
- To identify m document systemic issues n identity n document problem-solving techniques
- To perform audit on completed project n for improvement on service quality.
- To perform data analysis to identify significant product quality issues and devise solutions.
Other Quality control SOP
- To document Corrective action records, so to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Research n implement ISO Standards for exp Quality Mgt System, Workplace Safety & Health regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in mechanical quality control function
- Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering
