Job Description
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payments
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a MUST
- ACCA / CPA certifications are an advantage
- Experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
