The Operation Manager oversees a Field Operations team comprising Maintenance Supervisors and Officers to carry out inspection, cleaning and maintenance of the Company’s Advertising Panels comprising digital screens and backlit lightboxes, that are installed at various locations in Singapore such as Changi Airport, shopping malls, billboards and public bus shelters.


He/she will oversee and ensure on-schedule and accurate posting of advertisement campaigns at these locations.

In addition, he/she will supervise the cleaning and maintenance of public bus shelters island wide, is responsible for responding to feedback from LTA and compiling monthly Maintenance Reports to LTA.


The Operation Manager with his team is to ensure high assets’ uptime and 100% accuracy in the display of contents on the Company’s advertising panels. He/she will report directly to the Head of Operations and Safety (HOS)



Key Duties and Responsibilites:


Work Plan Implementation:

  • Support HOS in the overall planning on cleaning, posting and maintenance of Advertising Assets.
  • Support HOS in training and coaching of the Field Operations team to perform their duties effectively with strong safety mindset.
  • Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring cleaning, maintenance and posting work are carried out smoothly and safely.
  • Close liaison with field operation to ensure sufficient minimum 10 – 15% spare resources to support ground operational needs.
  • Manage Contractors for full compliance with service level agreements (SLA) terms to ensure advertising assets are well serviced and maintained.
  • Close liaison with various stakeholders (external such as landlord building operation team and internal such as Project and Campaign Management teams) to resolve ground issues, ensure site access and smooth maintenance operation and campaign posting.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor advertising assets failure trend for preventive maintenance planning and to ensure sufficient spares.
  • Prepare monthly assets performance report.
  • Prepare monthly LTA performance report.
  • Prepare Warehouse inventory report.

Warehouse Management:

  • Supervise Warehouse Coordinator to monitor spare parts inventories, maintain accurate records and ensure spares parts availability.
  • Manage inventory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and liaise with supply chain for inbound and outbound inventories.
  • Ensure warehouse is neat tidy and organized.
  • Work closely with Project team to take over new advertising assets for maintenance and ensure proper record and accountability.


Administrative:

  • Ensure systematic and timely filing of Administrative (paper or electronic) documents such as Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice (INV)
  • Ensure documentations such as RA, MOS, PTW and site access passes are in place for Field Operations team to carry out day-to-day duties.
  • Work closely with Health & Safety Specialist on health and safety documentation.
  • Attend internal & external Operational meetings, capture & ensure timely follow up on relevant actions points

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Logistic Management, Industrial & Operations Management
  • Proven experience of 8 years in operations management, warehouse management, facility management.
  • Must be able to lead and work effectively and collaboratively with all levels.
  • Organized and meticulous in managing multiple project deadlines as well as daily operational tasks.
  • Strong Leadership, Organizational & Problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Work well under stress and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Familiarity with MS Office software tool such as Excel and Word
