Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR Management System (Info-Tech) and Personnel Files.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
- Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave, and training grant submissions.
- Participate in MOM surveys as required.
- Draft and prepare employment-related letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and off-boarding procedures.
- Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
- Address employees' inquiries on various HR-related matters.
- Facilitate visa applications when needed.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers on onboarding.
- Assist in setting up HR policies and procedures.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Posses Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in Info-Tech system will be an added advantage
