Responsibilities:
- Recommend appropriate customer follow-up and care options.
- Answer questions and provide advice to customer regarding vision and optical issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through all customer interactions.
- Performs other tasks and duties typically in vision care retail business.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- General computer proficiency
- Motivated, hardworking and work independently
- Able to work on weekends, public hoilday, long hours
