Job Description:
- Provide clinical support for clinical systems
- Provide both on-site and off-site clinical support to the end-users
- Assist users through the problem-solving process
- Participate in testing clinical systems for implementation
- Gather feedbacks to improve the clinical systems
- Conduct and facilitate users training session
- Provide 24 x 7 on-call application support to users
The Talent:
- Nitec or Diploma in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine)
- Min 1-year continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization
- Customer service experience
