We are looking to hire a strong Program Manager for operational excellence, QC/QA and continuous irmprovements within global network of vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Focus is to process operational excellence, emphasizing continuous improvement and sharing best practices for consistent support across vendors and regions.
- Managed complex vendors, assessed current-state business processes, and drove metric improvements, ensuring standardization.
- Addressed top quality issues impacting the organization.
- Designed, built, and enhanced internal and external processes and systems to contribute to operational excellence and scalability.
- Influenced cross-functional teams on operational strategies and best practices.
- Championed change management communicated progress to stakeholders and collaborated effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Managed multiple responsibilities independently, prioritized efficiently, and met deadlines.
- Maintained comprehensive documentation, prepared reports, and presented to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading data-driven projects and leading complex projects independently
- Proven ability to communicate analysis results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- 4+ years of Excel experience and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Building relationships with global cross-functional teams and delivering impact through effective communication
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and a goal-oriented approach
- Operating simultaneously as an effective tactical and strategic thinker
- Deep analytical skills with a strong risk acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management or process excellence experience, preferably in Financial Compliance or Quality Control/Assurance in AML
- Professional certification such as CAMS or ICA
- Good working knowledge of AML and corporate compliance requirements, particularly in transaction monitoring, due diligence, and name screening
- Experience in a technology company, large financial institution, or IT consulting firmBackground in complex process design, implementation, and improvement
- Lean/Six Sigma expertise in a quality setting
