Job Description:
- Accountable for overall finishing (visual inspection, packing etc) compliance at OSATs
- Responsible to align with corporate for finishing policies/ governance to formalize, deploy and implement at OSATs.
- Responsible to align with corporate on implementation of new initiatives and standardization at OSATs
- Responsible for Unit Level Traceability (ULT) with 2DID, to formalize, deploy and implement at OSATs test and finishing
- Work with regional team to ensure compliance of the finishing process at OSATs
- Drive improvement of OSAT’s finishing processes to conform to ST requirements
- Benchmarking of OSAT’s finishing capabilities and solutions
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) qual to Mass Production (MP) process for test and finishing across all OSATs
- Manage Process Change for test related at the OSATs
- Contribute to test and finishing related improvement projects including yield and OEE improvement, value engineering etc
Profile:
- Experience in NPI/qual/production/finishing procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS/Final Test manufacturing
- Familiar in packing requirement for shipment
- Familiar in semiconductor tester platforms and handler/probers, visual inspection machine and detection methodology
- Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understand requirement of test applications - data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, PAT (EWS & FT) etc
- Self-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet timeline
- Familiar with project management and ability to manage team across functions to drive to successful delivery
- Proficient in excel, powerpoint and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendation effectively
