Job Description:
Starlite Systems Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our market presence in the security solution industry.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within target market segments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on security needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their security challenges and requirements.
- Build rapport and trust through effective communication and personalized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our security solutions.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the pipeline, tracking progress in CRM software.
- Forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on sales performance and trends.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- Close deals and secure signed contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market insights and customer feedback.
Customer Success and Retention:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Offer strategic guidance and support to maximize the value of clients' investment in security solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.
Networking and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry partners.
- Atend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay connected with industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the security solution industry.
- Strong communication, negotition, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
