Customer Service Manager (Beauty Industry)

Stafflink Services Private Limited

  • Remuneration: Up to $6k basic + Commission + Bonus
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working hours: 5 days work week, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, foster strong customer relationships, and generate sales leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products or services, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
