- Remuneration: Up to $6k basic + Commission + Bonus
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours: 5 days work week, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, foster strong customer relationships, and generate sales leads.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products or services, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
