Job Description
- Providing assistance to stores in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and service standards.
- Leading a team of Store Managers to attain business goals and ensure operational excellence in store management and service delivery.
- Analyzing reports and market trends, and collaborating with internal departments to identify opportunities and implement strategies.
- Evaluating store layouts and workflows to propose practical measures for enhancing business performance.
- Adhering to company protocols consistently to safeguard valuable assets, including personnel, and achieve company KPIs.
- Assessing retail environments surrounding stores to pinpoint areas for potential improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- At least a diploma holder with a strong enthusiasm for retail management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in operational roles within a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with the Retail/ Health & Beauty industries.
- Demonstrates robust leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Proficient in coaching and supervision.
