Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description：
1. Interacting with customers, bringing them to their seats & handling customers’ needs and requests which include gathering feedback, providing them with sauces and cutleries.
2. Must be able to rotate around all areas within the operating premise which includes drinks section, server section, kitchen area and replacing others when they are on leave or on medical leave or due to short of manpower. Jobs includes but not limited to making drinks (hot / cold), use of POS machine to take orders and collect payment, serve dishes to customers, cooking in the kitchen, washing and cleaning plates & bowls & kitchen equipments as well as clearing tables. Main duties include preparation of beverages, cashiering & in charge of drinks counter.
3. Ensure that workplace safety regulations are followed and able to handle hot stuff and carry heavy soup tanks as well as tidy up tables and chairs after closing on daily basis etc.
4. In charge of cleanliness of entire premise which includes shop premise and sitting areas.
5. Must be able to commit & work on weekends as well as Public Holidays.
6. Must be able to work split shift & odd hour shift such as 3.30am - 3.30pm, 6am - 6pm.
7. Taking on any other ad-hoc activities as instructed by Manager of outlet.
