Responsibilities: -


· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the region. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop strategies for business growth.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's business within the region. This may involve setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and establishing partnerships or alliances.

· Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets. This may include direct sales efforts, channel development, and relationship management with key clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements, and propose solutions that align with the company's products or services.

· Identify opportunities for business expansion, such as new markets, product lines, or distribution channels. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and drive growth.

· Lead and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets and objectives.

· Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

· Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business development activities.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the company's visibility within the region.

· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Requirements: -

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in similar field
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
  • 5 days’ work
  • Location: Tuas South
  • Preference Languages: English / Mandarin
  • PR/Singaporean (only)
