Job desciption as a Manufacturing Operator Supervisor include:
a) Maintaining inventory of food items and ordering supplies as needed.
b) Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard.
c) Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials.
d) Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
e) Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen and maintaining a clean workenvironment by disposing of garbage, sweeping floors and washing dishes.
f) Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen equipment, such as stoves and refrigerators.
g) Recruiting, training and developing staff.
h) Maintain active communication with kitchen staff, ground staffs/ servers and shop manager.
i) Follow all relevant Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
