Job responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's related affairs arrangement and internal festival activities
- Responsible for assisting superior leaders to complete daily tasks.
- Responsible team recruitment, KPI assessment management and compliance management, etc and provide other corresponding human resources support for the company.
- Responsible for the recruitment and employee relations of the human resources department, employee salaries, preparation and submission of reports, etc
- Manage recruitment, including recruiting, interview, salary advice, onboarding/ offboarding etc
- Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation for Employees
- Handle all Malaysia KL HR issues and help the admin for KL operations
- To adhere to the mission and values of the business, develop and apply policies or SOPs.
Qualification
1, Diploma or above, major in Human resource / business management
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human resources
3. Strong legal logic ability and professional analysis ability, good communication and teamwork spirit;
4. English can be used as a working language.
