Job Description:
Starlite Systems Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operatoons Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations, managing projects efficiently, and optimizing overall performance.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and address any issues or delays.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project needs and meet client expectations.
- Identify staffing requirements and work with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all security solutions and services meet industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to monitor the performance and effectiveness of security systems.

Financial Management:

Qualifications:
