Job Description:

Starlite Systems Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operatoons Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations, managing projects efficiently, and optimizing overall performance.


Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and address any issues or delays.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.

Resource Management:


  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project needs and meet client expectations.
  • Identify staffing requirements and work with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all security solutions and services meet industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures to monitor the performance and effectiveness of security systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues or deficiencies.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or technology integration to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability, and take proactive measures to control costs and maximize revenue.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and collections.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the health and well-being of employees and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may affect operations and security solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the physical security industry.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  6. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
