Operations Administrator

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


Job Description

  • To check the duty roster prepared by outlet to ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Update retail sales for related departments
  • Daily operation control - Shop opening and closing time & Check store morning/closing checklist & Monitor CCTV on outlets
  • Data integrity and SOP control - To check the negative stock balance of each shop & To check outstanding posting, stock accuracy, and receiving discrepancy & To check shop(s) understanding of SOP/ SOP implementation
  • Support retail outlets in requisition of non-trade items.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Attending to outlets' issues/ complaints
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in retail operations and administration is preferable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required. Additional education or training in business administration or retail management may be advantageous.
  • Flexible, good analytical, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a good team player, self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented and multitasking.
  • Process and structured-driven.
  • Good in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
