Job Description

· Handle daily operations and procurement duties

· Arrange delivery schedule, follow up on delivery, check and tally quantity received against PO orders and DO.

· Attend incoming call and transfer the call to the respective person

· Meet and greet customer and visitor when required

· Responsible for cash sales of tiles

· Responsible for filing of documents

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Requirements

· GCE ‘O’ Level

· Computer literate

· Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
