1. Overseeing financial activities for MCST division
2. Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff in providing bookkeeping and timely report for client
3. Review monthly financial statements/reports and answer to client’s queries
4. Review budget report and assist in preparation
5. Review and approve journals
6. Review monthly/quarterly billing
7. Review AR ageing report and subscript to collection protocol
8. Monitor fixed deposit accounts
9. Monitor cashflow (i.e., maintain sufficient cash for operation)
10. Review AP ageing and payment issue
11. Review and ensure proper internal controls are in place and working closely with other functional sites/departments in improving controls
12. Ensure standards, regulations and policies are complied
13. Responsible to ensure the year end audit and tax computation completed within the stipulated time
14. Responsible for timely GST, CPF and Tax submission
15. Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and bankers
16. Responsible for proper accounting filing
17. Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
