Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the day to day activities in test, reporting, recommend & implement process improvement.
-Provide consultation & resolve issue in timely manner to ensure smooth operation
-Monitor and achieve operation KPI
-Leading a team of Technician and operators
-Plan, implement and control production schedule to ensure productivity
-Manpower planning to cope with workload
-Conduct trouble shooting & rectify process problem
-Maintaining of production processing records
-Commence production run in smooth & safe order
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
-Required Skill(s): Plastic injection moulding.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
