A technical full stack analyst and developer responsible for development and maintenance of ABAP programs in S/4 HANA system. The role will involve solution design, consultancy, business requirements, documentation, analysis, coding and application scenario testing/implementation in various functional areas.
Reports to: IT Application Development Domain Head
Key Tasks and Activities:
- Documentation and artefact creation experience (Low Level Design, Functional Specifications, High level Designs etc).
- Design thinking sessions with the business stakeholders (whiteboarding, prototyping, design ideation, wireframe UI / UX design etc).
- Management team reviews, code, daily standups, project and program management activities.
- Transform traditional ABAP programs in legacy SAP system into S/4 HANA architecture.
- ABAP development, performance analysis and tuning S/4 HANA based on the business requirement.
- Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios).
- Compile Technical Specification document for all the developments.
- End to end testing of all applications.
- Jira application development intake review, clarification and analysis with the business.
- Vendor management and escalations.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and proven & demonstrable skills and experience.
Published case studies that they have helped deliver.
Necessary technical qualifications for the role.
Key Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Business communication skills to an advanced level.
- 8-10 Years experience in Application design, coding and delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex landscape.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience in S/4 HANA is mandatory.
- Experience in managing Basis / AWS workloads and AWS certification would be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge on S/4 HANA Finance concepts, prior development experience in Asset accounting in S/4 HANA is preferred.
- Strong skills and experience on Adobe forms, AMDP, CDS, BRF+ and HANA proxy objects is required.
- Experience in SAP scripts, smartforms is required.
- Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 is desired.
- Experience in Concur, Opentext VIM is desired.
- Relevant IT certifications in S/4 HANA is desired.
- SAFe / Agile certification and practical working knowledge of both Agile and DevOps would be an advantage.
- Experience in Neptune UX development would be an advantage.
- PMP certification would be an advantage.
- ITIL certification would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on S/4 HANA Finance concepts prior development experience in Asset accounting in S/4 HANA is preferred.
