About Us
We are a local architectural repair consultancy practice. Beside repair consultancy, we also manage projects like A&A, repainting and reroofing works.
Why recruiting
Due to the expansion of our project management department, we are looking for candidate to strengthen our team.
Environment
We are managing works with duration between 6 to 12 months. It is a fast-track environment with many stakeholders and sometimes conflicting interest to manage. As our contracts are short duration and overlap, the candidate is expected to manage a few sites at the same time.
The Work
- Managing multiple repair, repainting and re-roofing projects
- Conduct of tender exercise and site showround
- Calling of quote for Contractors
- Compilation and documentation
- Attend to meeting and tender interview
The Office
The work is mainly office based with occasional visit to site (condominium mostly and occasionally office and factory) to verify and check on site work and contractor’s claim.
The Team
You will work in a team with quality surveyor, customer service officer and project director. We are also work closely with contractors who formed the “external” team.
The Hours
We work from Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm) with the occasional site visit on Saturday (half day). There are some night meetings to attend to, usually between 7-10 pm. The meetings are mostly through remote and can be done from home. Occasionally our physical presence is required.
