Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and client's expectations
- Responsible to process/ obtain permits and licenses
- Coordinate all new and current on-going projects and able to communicate well with all levels.
- Ensure project to be execute in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplines
- Over 5 years relevant working experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies exposure preferred
- Able to read architectural and technical drawings thus translates to construction activities
- Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural and M&E works
- Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly independent, client oriented and team player
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
